Because our items are made to order, we don’t accept traditional returns
We encourage you to reach out with any questions before making a purchase. If you have any hesitations, we’re happy to provide answers to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with your order.
Please carefully review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:- We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags, with the receipt or proof of purchase included.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Returns initiated after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
- We do not accept returns for items where the reason for return is a change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items that do not meet the above conditions or are returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
